PLEASE HELP! What happens for kids? When the parents think you want to be Vegan BECAUSE YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT. I cannot explain to my parents these things. They think they know everything. They say IT IS SO UNHEALTHY TO BE VEGAN. YOU DO NOT GET KEY NUTRIENTS OR PROTEIN. But I know you can get both of those things even being Vegan. Please help!
