I don't know how you feel about pill supplements but Lysine is a amino acid that helps cold sores from even coming on. My husband and I take it every day and never have an issue with them! Freelee I also mix mine with coconut oil to put on my lip so I don't ingest too much teatree as it is toxic. Can you do a video about pure unrefined, cold pressed organic coconut oil? It's many uses include a moisturizer, hair texturizing, yeast infection cure, lip balm, added to sugar it can be a scrub, etc!
