hi freelee, i just wanted to let you know today is my first day of being vegan! i have been vegetarian for 11 years and have decided to go vegan largely due to all of the information about dairy and eggs that i learned from your videos. thank you sooooo much for the educational videos! i feel so good about making this change to stop supporting such cruel industries and cut out drug-like food from my life.

Maybe when Shay is in public, she just takes one or two bites out of the pizza (for the camera) - but probably eats vegan food at home or in private. There's no way a woman could look very attractive eating alot of that stuff. Eating vegan food makes a woman look attractive - you are proof of that Freelee.

There is evidence that the Mediterranean diet lowers the risk of heart disease and early death. And its one of the healthiest. You can eat meat fish fruits vegetables sweets McDonalds. YOU CAN EAT EVERYTHING AND BE HALTHY BUT WITH A LIMIT. I GREW UP EATING MEAT/FISH ETC AND IM VERY HEALTHY

I'm not supporting the egg industry AT ALL! I don't eat eggs or chicken but why are they suffocated and grinded surely there is a less painful way to kill them! Obviously it would be so much better if they didn't die at all and were just left to Rome free but that is brutal! X

I have tried to be vegan a lot of times, but where I live there are no vegan places at all, and also not a lot of products that are vegan so its kinda difficult. And also all the people that I know are not vegan and eat animals and stuff What can I do?

I think I've worked out that these are recorded at about 11pm where I live? So I am going to try and watch it live tonight but at college I like putting my headphones in and just listening to these videos as I do my work in my free periods

Free lee if you were stranded on a deserted island and there wasn't enough plant based foods for a sufficient long term diet but there was lots of fish and chickens on this island. Would you kill to survive?

That was fun, sorry some of you missed it but I was 24hrs out with my notification grr. CHAT BOX comes in again at 25 minutes doh and quality will be better next time hopefully.
