-Living Off Grid w/ Jake & Nicole So I have a question, it's been a few weeks now since you posted this, do you have any intention on coming clean about who you actually got the wood from, and that you filmed this in such a way to make it look like you did this all by hand when in fact the wood was loaded into your truck by a BOBCAT tractor from the person who gave it to you? It is pretty deceptive on your part to let your views think that you loaded all that wood by hand, and it is also pretty sad that you would not thank the man who actually gave the wood too you, and used his time, machine, fuel and wear and tear to load the rounds. I await a response.

To encourage more blooms cut back your spent rose back to a leaf that has 5 leaves. If the lead leaf of 5 is pointing inward do not cut otherwise the stem will grow inwards so cut further down. You may find a dark spot on the main stem at the joining point of the 5 leaf set this is called the bud eye cut just above it as this will be the the point in which a new stem will grow into a rose. You can cut bak to a leaf which has 3 leaves this will not produce a new flower this year but will produce what is called blind wood and may produce new flowers next year. Good Luck John in sunny Spain.

1: 09, Jake, maybe you should roll those logs up a wood plank to get them on the truck. You're young and strong but all it takes is one back injury and you may never be the same. Think of it this way, if you were injured, how long would it take to get you to a hospital? If you got a small winch and mounted it in the bed against the cab you could pull things up a ramp instead of breaking your back. Living off the grid doesn't mean you have to do everything the hard way. I'm not trying to bother you, I have a bad back and I have to do things differently is all I'm saying.

I think you guys are like 2 of the smartest people I've ever seen. I love how you're living your lives. You take such care for yourselves and the earth. Quick question, since you (I'm guessing) own your home and have no rent (lot rent maybe, you have no electric bill since you use solar, no water bill, you have a garden and are vegan so no food bill. What bills do you actually have? Is it actually possible to live free of monthly bills?

I've watched about 60 or so of your videos at this point about your adventure. I truly enjoy the video content, but I am getting to the point that I don't want to watch your videos because your thumbnails are off-putting. We, as an audience, get it; you have a -hot bod-. We don't need to see it for every thumbnail. Be more creative than this. Your content reflects that creativity but not the thumbnails.

Glad to see you using a lot of thinset. Most don't use enough when tiling. Would've liked to see you back butter the tiles too, but with the amount of thinset you used that should still fill the cavities on the back completely. The whole goal of tiling is to make a tile surface that is impossible to remove except in splinters. Keep up the good work.

Not sure how long you will make it living off the grid thinking the pores of the wood will fill with sun energy and become hotter and more explosive. Please do not reject the realities of science! Split it asap, stack it, keep it dry. That pine might be usable in 6 months. Generally plan for a minimum of a year. Good luck.

That's pine wood, not something you want to burn indoors in your stove or a fireplace. It'll clog up and cause a fire hazard eventually. Burning it outdoors is great however. Makes a nice fire outdoors on summer evenings for those romantic moments. out in the wild! lol
Good Luck!
