We made it back to Black Fish Hollow with a ton of flooring and LOTS of new fruit trees ( jake-s new babies) oh and a new wood burning stove -. We get straight to laying the new flooring with the helps our neighbors and we also hang out in the garden! Julian: Why did you not start by the front door? In this way, the entrance will have full-width boards and you can spend time getting it to look right as this is the first impression anyone will see. By starting at the back (where people will probably never really inspect, you are just making the entrance the place to make up the slack in any measurements!

Hey guys im a relatively new sub to your chanel and i love it big time. Just wanted to say canadians and americans have it all wrong. I am a -kiwi- because i was born and raised here. You all refer to the plant and fruit as -kiwi- but here where it comes from and its proper name is -kiwifruit- all one word. And i am not a fruit! So im not a, hater i love what you are doing and this is not a criticism just a correction. Keep up the great work

Are you going to ply wood the bottom to use as storage for seasonal items like pots for summer. This way it would keep animals from hiding under it or chewing your leg posts. Even grab crap lumber from most stores to make a make shift shelf under there then keep your good off the ground. Thanks for sharing enjoy your videos.

Very nice flooring. I have seen other yurts that have a snow kit. Its an extra support to the floor for each roof member. Was it an option? If so you may want to consider it. When we do get snow on the island it usually can be significant and the wet heavy type. Just a suggestion to protect your investment.

great truck - will serve uses well and you I plenty of space to beef it out I suggest pro comp 4- to 6- lift and a long level suspension kit use kryptonite billet parts and it will last you a lifetime and never let you down a little pricey but well worth it. just food for thought.

this job would have been so easy if you would have laid the flood prior to potting the structure down! If your planning on building another Yurt after laying the decking do the floor then all you need to do is jigsaw around it. Good work and love the video's

don't forget next spring you can cut and graft some of the new groth multiplying the number of trees you have, and old VHS cassette tapes the tape itself blowing in the wind not the plastic case the tape blowing in the wind will discourage some of the wildlife.

Just found five baby bunnies in my shrubs. I don't want them to eat my garden! I have set some hav-a-heart traps but they won't go in! Someone suggested spraying apple cider on the traps and a trail leading into them. I'll try it!
