whole-wheat (wholemeal) pizza dough. 1 ounce (30 g) fresh yeast or 2 teaspoons active dry yeast. about 11/3 cups lukewarm water. 1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour ( whole meal ) 1 1/3 cups bread flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon extra- virgin olive oil. serves 2 preparation 15- 20 minutes time to rise about 2 hours. 1. place the fresh or active dry yeast in a small bowl and add about 1/2 cups of the warm water 2. stir gentley until the yeast has dissolved. set aside until frothy, about 10 minutes. 3. combine both flours and salt in a medium bowl. pour in the yeast mixture, oil and enough of the remaining warm water to obtain fairly sticky dough. turn out onto work surface lightly dusted with flour. 4. knead the dough for 8- 10 minutes. when it is firm no longer sticks to your hands or the work surface. lift up and bang it down hard a couple times to develop gluten. 5. When the dough is ready, it will be smoth and elastic and show definite air bubbles beneath the surface. place in large oiled bowl cover with cloth. set aside to rise until doubled in bulk, about 2 hours.

I have watched 99 videos and I've seen how beautiful Nicole is in and out. but just now I realised how wonderful Jake is while watching your Tenerife video and Nicole took the mick out of Jakes bag in the shop and suddenly I saw his beautiful non response and how so cute he is so thats done it now im in love with Jake and Im a 65 year old grand ma hope my grand son turns out like Jake xxx

Actually I would like you to genuinely enlighten me about something on these thumbnails: why do you 90% of the time use your wife posing in some position/showing parts of her body, in those thumbnail? Is this how you meet success among men viewers? Because I find if a bit pityful.

Y do you all care so much about the thumbnails they use? She's gorgeous n he's proud of her. grow tf up n watch for your own reasons or don't but saying they should think better of themselves is misplaced and judgemental. Jake n Nicole keep doing you cuz y'all got good content n she is beautiful.

For those of us who are slightly ignorant to the a lot of this stuff, it would be nice to know what you are picking, growing, digging up, spices and the such are called. Subtitles would be great. One more thing, how did Jake catch the bird to be able to release like that and what was it called!

Just stumbeld on your videos. Just a question. Do you have a gun or a riffle on site all times when the bears are in the neighborhood. Just to scare them a bit. And in case of a fire is it not better to get a bigger clearence around the your home sweet home.

I think the unnecessary negative comments takes away from other viewers pleasure of watching. So I guess that it is rude. right or wrong. I'll learn to refrain from doing that myself. Glass half full is better than half empty. Hardworking people.

I wanna point out that it doesn-t matter if you are 20 miles from the nearest town or 2 miles from the nearest town as long as you are off the public -grid- your off grid!
