Just now came across your videos. I too have been working towards being off grid.
Long story short. I was a police officer and lost my career due to an injury while on duty/patrol. Now i am fighting for my disability that has been rejected by the city. Makes no sense. Lol. In the meantime, i am working full-time as a truck driver making great money. I am now almost debt free and have the money for my land. Just one thing is worrying me though. What am can i do for an income? I dont need much but since i still havnt got my disability, i have to have a lil bit coming in. Any suggestions wld greatly be appreciated. Again, yall are awesome and great to watch. Congrats on your baby and all your success. Be safe and best of luck! Thanks!

I have a set in fact that same set that you have and it is wicked sharp. Bit pricey but well worth it. I am a Leather Smith by trade and Sharp blades are crucial to my work and I've become somewhat of an expert at sharpening knives. And having to sharpen knives every time you use them is not fun. These blades don't have to sharpen for months. Well recommend them. Another knife company that's made in America as a matter fact is case knives hold an edge very well. And come with a smaller price tag. When it comes to knives only buy American made steel or Japanese steel. Nothing else matters
