Welcome to the sideshow, a street party with car stunts that has Bay Area roots. The writer and director Joe Robert Cole captures the energy of the event in this scene from his Oakland-set drama All Day and a Night, streaming on Netflix. In a tracking shot somewhat reminiscent of the opening one in Touch of Evil, the movies lead character, Jakhor (Ashton Sanders, with his girlfriend, Shantaye (Shakira Janai Paye, is led through a sideshow by his best friend, TQ (Isaiah John. But the scene focuses less on these three characters and more on the event itself, with a blend of hip-hop and tricked-out cars taking center stage. Two cars do doughnuts in the middle of the street, and the director takes a you-are-there approach, placing the camera right next to one vehicle as it spins and kicks up dust. NYT the paper of record? Just like the BS report on the Tara Reade accusation against Joe Biden. No, no, nothing there, no witnesses (several witnesses, she has changed her story (she told more details) why didn't she come out sooner? (she made a complaint at the time. NYT knocked on no doors, did not investigate much if any of her story. NYT protects Joe at all costs. Now, there is your paper of record to love.

I just dont understand the end when jahkor stabs tq they were childhood homies also how jahkor was able to anticipate tq tryna stab him at the very moment he walked up. Did tq diliberatly breach parole to get close to jahkor?

This movie doesnt dazzle. If you havent seen All Day and a Night yet, do yourself a favor and just watch Menace II Society again instead. This movie is a waste of time. Thank you.
