Whats this obsession with tiny nose? Everyone's nose is proportioned according to their face and when you make your nose smaller than it naturally is, it looks out of proportion and it's definitely valid for her son. He has a great nose that matches with his face. His nose is the perfect size for his facial features. Making that nose smaller ruins his whole face. Stop the insanity already! Some people like big noses too. Some people have mid sized noses, some have small and some have big and most of the time it's proportional to their faces. Don't ever ruin your face by changing your nose unless it's extremely bad. Imperfect noses can be attractive too. If everyone had small straight noses then it'd be boring. Some of us have bumps in our noses some of us dont. Some of us have bigger noses some of us dont. Just embrace your naturally given features and stop this madness.

I will never EVER understand the removing of your own ribs. RIBS! it should not be legal and any doctor to actually remove some sick persons ribs cause they -don't like to work out, want to look like a doll- should have their license taken! they need to start doing mental evaluations before approving these unnecessary surgeries that people with too much time and money obsessed with their looks and don't know that the world doesn't revolve around themselves should have done and 99% would be denied surgery due to untreated mental health issues- how about help the world around you instead of destroying your body for thousands of dollars. Idiocracy the movie was a prediction that is coming true!

Damn, it hurts my soul that there are other souls out there, sharing theses beautiful bio-machines and this beautiful experience we call -Life-. and they are so obsessed with superficialities and spending all their energy on mutilating their bodies just because they all have the same underlying root-cause in their minds: -I am not good enough. - Honey, you will never -feel satisfied- until you look within and tackle the root-cause head on. No surgery will -fix- your hurt soul. Just sad.

tbh, I don't have a problem with ppl getting plastic surgery for cosmetic reasons necessarily, not like it matters, what I have a problem with the whole, -I do love myself- thing in regards to it. I would imagine that people who love themselves as they are wouldn't need to spend thousand's of dollars for surgical procedures to look better, or regular injections.

This lady is like taking advantage of people who are getting some surgeries but simultaneously have this innate need for for a community or identity. So the whole screening for potentials or application process is just a way to prey on them-& possibly encourage them to get more surgeries as a result.

Ma'am your son is perfect as he is and actually very handsome. Please don't comment on his appearance like that. Of course some of his features remind you of your ex husband- that is his father. and if you aren't crazy about your ex husband, looks are only skin deep. don't project that onto your son.

Telling your son his nose is -too big- is unhealthy parenting. Especially when it-s coming from a parent with her own serious self esteem issues. Telling your son his looks reminds you of your ex (in a negative way) is sad - that poor kid never had a chance to love himself. He was never taught to.

For most of these truly episodes, I'm non-judgmental. I'm happy that people can find a way to be happy that doesn't hurt others. But I don't like parents telling their children they need to surgically change their bodies for non-health reasons. In my opinion, that's abuse.
