I too am a burn survivor. I'm 62% burned, from being set on fire with lighter fluid from my husband. We were married for almost 20yrs. And had 3 awesome kids. He was bi-polar and had several issues, he committed
su! c! de directly after leaving me burning and dying, by driving 85mph the opposite direction and hitting a semi head on. This was in 2015, I was in a coma for about 3mos and have had countless surgeries and grafting and still undergo reconstruction surgeries today and will for the rest of my life.

What a cool guy, like how he stays positive. He is a good looking guy, why wouldnt he be? I am kinda superficial, but the burns dont make him unattractive. Som people without burns are unattractive, some people with burns are attractive and vice versa. You can still thrive in a superficial world if you have burns. Really cool that he has his toes on his hands, I hate cutting my toe-nails. They should have moved all his toes to his hands, so he would not have to cut his toe nails.

You are a true survivor and meant to be a force in this world. I listened to you for awhile last night and within a few minutes your physical appearance faded away- between your energy, your blue eyes and your smile I was focused on listening to you. Truly a remarkable story! God knew he needed another mom, and the mom needed another son! He is such an inspiration, what a beautiful person inside and out! I'm not saying this out of any unkindness, but he reminds of the beast, from beauty and the beast. I always thought the beast was handsome, he got even more handsome the more gentle and caring he became.

Wow! Super handsome guy! I cannot imagine the physical and emotional agony. And to think his own father did this is unfathomable. Pure evil. So traumatic for such a young boy. Wish I could hug him. This guy-s light is still so bright and he is a testament to the strength of the human spirit!
