None of these people think about their health. I feel for them. Not to mention their are born sick people and they are paying to be sick in the future. They could donate their money to children's cancer instead of California's plastic surgeons lifestyles. If there is a hell all these people that do this and take money for it instead of making the world a better place really need a reality check. And I should not say that it is quite wrong but man I've been homeless hav suffered mental illness was born within poverty and have suffered and some people have no idea how they can make a positive difference for others including themselves. This is just horrible especially to teach the youth. If surgery is what u needed to make a better person than your morals so frigging twisted. I am praying for all of ya. And this isn't hate this is love. You all need a reality check and the truth hurts sometimes!

His two friends said people need to focus on the good things he does for the community and not his looks but they-re on the internet behaving like freaks desperate for people to look at them. Normally I'd say most plastic surgery is silly and unnessecary. But I can see how it helps Trans feel like the gender the want to identify as when their biology goes against it. :) whatever makes them happy it's their bosy.

I think if people want to have surgery done and can afford to do so then they should do it. However, the lady saying -Having surgery has made her a better person- I just can't understand how having a cosmetic procedure can make you a better person?

I have lip fillers and veeners but I-d never put filler in my chin, cheeks or under my eyes and my body is nice naturally by eating healthy and working out so I wouldn-t do nothing like surgery to permanently alter myself
