Living my life with giant legs - shake my beauty

Monique Samuels has extreme lymphedema in her legs. At first just in her right leg, the lymphedema spread to both legs. Monique dropped out of track, the swim team and marching band and started hiding her legs in loose long skirts and dresses instead of the cute shorts and jeans her peers were wearing. By the time she was an adult it was less a matter of choice and practicality; Monique-s legs were too big to wear jeans and trousers. Although there isn-t a cure for lymphedema, Monique has various ways to manage it. At home she has a treadmill and weights and elevates her leg where possible. She uses a pump machine and wrapping, which takes 60 minutes each time, to help with the swelling. She-s also had surgery 12 times to drain excess fluid from her legs - however this measure is only temporary. Overall Monique-s legs are smaller than they used to be - and she can once again wear shorts and stretchy pants

Step 5 Put on the chanok device. then crow
Remarks: Rotate the jasmine bowl until you get the right strength, hold it for 15 minutes, then loosen it for 5 minutes. Do this alternately 10 times a day. Do not tighten it longer than 15 minutes at a time. It's very important. The tension should be right. does not hurt the patient If the patient feels a thump in his leg, the force is too tight. To loosen the tension by turning the screw down a bit. After the channa is finished Remove the strapped cloth and load it. Always use a cold compress. to prevent inflammation.

You-re fantastic! Beautiful, well spoken, authentic! And yes your legs look different, but honestly the minute you started speaking your truth, your legs didn-t matter and weren-t what I was focusing on. Your amazing spirit became my focus. Many are called, but the chosen are few, you-re one of the chosen for sure

Also just fyi people staring at her in person is so classless. Didn't anyone raise those people that it's rude to stare?
I'm glad she's confident and uplifting herself, she seems fun to watch and she has a nice voice. She should make more videos and maybe even a Ted Talk her voice is so smooth!

There is a cure that doctors/scientist don't want you to know about. it's an ancient remedy/holistic. all natural. within a month your legs will go back to normal.
