Melissa, I-m so sorry kids are cruel. You however are better than them! Fast Pitch Softball is a wonderful outlet and you-ve got a great pitching arm! I hope you find an awesome outlet and real friends on your team! I played fast-pitch softball in a city league (not the high school team) when I was your age, and then slow-pitch for many years later- Softball helped me work through a lot of things, it made me stronger & more confident, & my teammates became like family- I-m still friends with some of them nearly 40 years later. Unfortunately, I can-t play anymore, but I know you will! & Maybe you-ll even become a coach someday and help kids find their strength & grow in a team environment, like yourself! I truly hope softball is as good to you as it was for me!
