37-YEAR-OLD Kelly Lynch has two spines as a result of being born with an underdeveloped conjoined twin. The San Francisco based standup comedian explains she was supposed to be a conjoined twin, but her twin did not develop in the womb. As a result, not only does Kelly have two spines, she was also born with a third arm attached to the back of her head and has one eye instead of two. Over time, her two spines have formed a helix shape, which means Kelly has a condition called kyphoscoliosis; an unusual curvage of the spine. The severe scoliosis has most probably resulted in Kelly being only 3ft 10 tall. The curvage of Kelly-s spine also resulted in pulmonary arterial hypertension, which causes shortness of breath and heart palpitations; she now uses 24/7 breathing support. everyone always talks about disabled people as if they're intrinsically better, stronger, etc, but it's more that they are thrust into difficulties that mean that they have to grow as people early and quickly, whilst the rest of us can fall into complacency and it takes time and is the luck of the draw for us to be -tested-.

My god her voice it-s like sweet spun sugar. It-s so pretty and nice. Very adorable voice. I love it so much. She should be a singer! Or at least try lending her voice to animation if she wants. I think it-s so beautiful and cute! I just love her voice so much! It sounds like glitter if glitter could talk! -

I love how this video is titled after the extra body part she no longer has. As if having two spines twisted together isn-t eye catching enough.

What a beautiful person. I am truly saddened to know she passed not long after this. The world lost such a bright light. Rest in peace Kelly.
