AT 540lbs, Andrew Goldblatt fell into a deep depression due to his weight and the passing of his father. Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Andrew was always a big guy and when his father passed at the age of 15, it pushed him into a deep hole he could not get out of - he wanted nothing more than to lie in bed and comfort eat all day. Andrew told Truly: I tried to lose weight a ton of different ways but putting back on the weight was a lot easier than expected. I couldn-t fit into most cars. I couldn-t go on rollercoasters or sit at my desk. To make matters worse for Andrew, he began having regular seizures and the turning point came when he had a seizure in his bedroom. Due to a new food regime and intense workouts, Andrew has managed to lose 230lbs and continues to encourage others to do the same. I used to be really fat. Maybe not as fat as Andrew, but still I was on the verge of developing serious health conditions. I remember not being able to tie my shoelaces and my sleep suffered as well. My life changed when I finally set my mind to the thinking that anything is possible if you decide so. I took a meal plan to start with. I created it online, on Dietaruze, which was super helpful to me. I didn't have to worry about calories, macros, nutrients and all that stuff, I just focused on walking long distances and exercising after I got on a level where I could do some simple workouts. I hope my story will inspire you to do the same. To change your body you must first change your mind!

Wow. absolutely incredible transformation. We have a very similar story. My dad died when I was 19 of a massive heart attack. When I was 33 I weighed in at 330 pounds. I got out of breath one day walking up a flight of stairs and that was it for me. I have been able to keep off 125 pounds for 15 years now. in my head I am still that fat guy. It-s a weird feeling.

men are allowed to cry and it takes more courage to cry in fornt of others then not too, be the courage, crying releases the build up emotions and this will make you feel better! ask anybody in the world, may love be our guide, love to all that is

Yes when you lose someone the feeling never goes away. I lost both my parents and my nana and Grandpa at a young age. Don't ever let anyone tell you that the feeling will go away eventually it won't. you just get used to living with her

I like watching these, but they always focus more on the exercise than the food, but I think the food is more important in these stories than the exercise.

Great video, ty! I've read that fasting can for some people -devour- the excess skin. A possible non-surgical method, with other advantages.
