I appreciate the girl on girl teamwork because usually us women try to tear each other down but. What were we watching this for? I thought we was gonna go in depth about their businesses not just talking about how big you are without showing results of your fitness business success? Me and my friends run around like this all the time and make kale drinks. And baby momma juice? Sorta shows what the societal goal of these women r. Not trying to judge, its just there are so many other fitness trainers that could have. U know, taught us sum. Girl was stepping on a bench for 2 seconds. Where is the FITNESS?

My 16 year old Daughter and I were just talking about how amazing it would be to get a chance to get our butts kicked by one of Miami Muscles trainers! We have a trip planned for March and are most excited for the chance to workout on Muscle Beach! It would be a dream come true to get a mother Daughter training with Momma Twerk- Thanks for spreading so much joy and loving what you do, it-s contagious! Time to hit the gym, Love and Light-

I get why there are a TON OF negative comments on here. i really do but cant we jus be happy for them! They seemed so thrilled and excited about their venture and at the end of the day, its all about being happy and finding your passion. Not my thing, i cannot lie but heyy you go for it girl!
