Ok so I had this happen too, but it-s not cuz of Poland syndrome. It-s most likely from
Insufficient Glandular Tissue (developmental issue in utero, and one of my breasts grew to a slightly deformed B cup, and the other one didn-t develop at all! Being smaller chested, it was pretty easy to hide. The day I turned 18, I booked cosmetic surgery. I had the flat breast implanted with a B-Cup, and the deformed breast -lifted- to match the new fake one. So I now have one fake breast, and one lifted breast. The surgeon did an amazing job and they honestly look so good! Yes they feel different, but neither me or my husband care at all about that: ) Funny how different ppl are! Good for her for making the best decision for HER, but for me surgery was definitely the best decision ever. It never really affected me too much before, but afterwards I felt just so free and happy that I looked -normal- and could wear whatever I wanted without having to put extra padding in one side anymore, etc. And also having surgery does NOT mean you-re automatically vain: I am literally such a natural woman, I rarely shave, and I don-t dye my hair or wear makeup at all, for example. But in my heart, I always knew I wanted the surgery just so I could feel free and move on with my life without thinking about having one boob anymore lol. PS - i am now 36 years old and pregnant with my first child. It-s going to be very interesting to see if my one boob grows at all, or if I can breastfeed at all out of the one -natural- one -

I wish there was positive stories like this back when I was in my early teens nearly 20 years ago. I have Poland Syndrome and had an F on the left and an A on the right. Constantly shoving things down my bra during school to make myself look 'normal' skiving off PE lessons so I didn't need to get changed in front of people. I met my plastic surgeon when I was 16 and had my first surgery when I was 17 which was a reduction on the left and my first fat transfer on the right. In total it took me 8 surgeries to get my boobs looking somewhat even, though even after all the surgeries they still aren't symetrical. If I had videos like this to watch, I'd like to think I would have been more accepting of my body and not gone through everything I did because other people were telling me I wasn't a 'normal woman'. It's so refreshing to see women like this that are 100% accepting of their bodies and won't be pushed in to changing them, you go girl!

Great personality and she obviously knows what she wants out of life, her attitude is very commendable i guess ( if that is the right word to use, i am just not sure why she would want to live her life like this, when a very relatively simple surgery could put an end to all this, i don't get it?
As a woman, it is a big part of your femininity i think anyway, and lets be honest we like our boobs, men like our boobs lol surely having 2 in proportion that look great, is better than going round like this? sorry i don't understand, and i mean no disrespect, each to their own, just not sure why you would continue to live like this when you have a free choice! Wish her the best anyway, but wouldn't be for me i'm afraid!

I don't think I have her condition, and most women's breasts are a little asymmetric. But mine are noticeably asymmetrical, not as drastic as hers, but there's a couple cup sizes between them. I've always been embarrassed about it, it's something I think about every day, and would definitely get surgery if I could. I don't like bathing suits, I don't wear v-neck shirts, definitely nothing low cut, not that that's my style to begin with, and I add padding to the smaller side. I'm amazed at how confident she is, but I'd take the free surgery please.

Having one boob and still being happy, definitely take this is a positive way, I think most men and women will agree with you, anything more than a handful can be a waste' you certainly make up for that and again not meant to sound bad like I previously said.
Also hearing you say you refused the surgery and the reasons why is another thing that makes you a beautiful person, inside and out.

My right breast has developed and my left side hasn-t developed till now
I-m now an adult and I-m afraid no man will marry me---it feel so uncomfortable knowing everything lady has two breast
But dnt knw the cause of it

Thank you, for your sharing I'm 22 and my right boob is small like a flat is not like a totally flat, my left boob is 32B. I thought because of my thoracic scoliosis, but because of your sharing This give me a enlighten but its hard to accept for my self why my boobs like this- this give me an insecurities.

She turned down a very simple and free breast implant surgery but refused because it would fix her rare deformity and make her ordinary. She would rather be deformed, have TV appearances, social media presence which is probably generating some income for her. She's not a hero, just another narcissist.

But seriously I don't think guys wouldind at all if they truly love you. As a guy, if I love a girl, I won't even mind how tall she is, how flat her breasts are. I feel the most important is, her character, her heart, and we can get along, share same interests.

A lot of the times breasts are are not symmetrical anyways. There-s nothing wrong with how this looks. Bra wise I can see why it-s irritating. Nothing would fit right. Bras are overrated. Your confidence is more than your image, it-s what makes you attractive.

I have the same problem but i am scared about it. I thought I have cancer on my bigger breast and i get so much anxiety. I didn't go to doctor for check up but me and boyfriend thought that we will go for check up after few months.

I'm 27 and a reductive mastectomy is my dream. I have the same problem and it is my biggest insecurity. Sadly i can't afford the surgery so i'm stuck like this. It would be wonderful to have her confidence.

I was born w a deformity too, but got the surgery. Surgery went BAD and now I have capsular contracture.
