You look so good! I can't believe it's the same person. I also have a weird relationship with food. I will eat comfort food but at the same time I used to play this game of let's see how long I can go without eating. It sucks because my relationship with food has always been a weird due to - excuse me for this but fat people being made fun of when I was growing up. It sent the message that to be fat was shameful and that you needed to watch your weight. I'm so glad that you did this for yourself. You look amazing! Hugs.

Keto, and intermittent fasting 18 fast/6 eating. or fast for 24 hr once a week its best for weight loss. High carbs is the best for weight gain 1 gallon of milk per day do squats and drink your milk you can gain 30 lbs in 6 weeks easily if you want permanent fat loss try building muscle before losing the weight it'll make the weight loss more permanent otherwise you'll slow your metabolism and have a rebound and gain more than you lost if you burn off your muscle from losing weight by drastically cutting calories

I didn't have help from surgery but I'm almost 2 month in to my weight loss journey/lifestyle change. The hardest part is starting and pushing yourself to stick to it. Once you get used the new habits after a few weeks, it will get easier and you'll start to see changes which helps you keep going. Anyone who has ever lost a lot of weight has their before, middle and -end-. I remind myself that when I'm wanting faster results. Just don't give up on yourself! :-)

I recently started my weight loss journey and i must say it can be frustrating when you step on the scale and the numbers don't move after you have poured your heart out in the gym. I'm trying to avoid surgery but due to health problems, I have been doing more research on it. Still, for now, it's always best to keep going even if it's a slow process. Glad I saw this today.

Just stopping the junk food would have spurred significant weight loss. Learn about intermittent fasting. Excessive restriction of fats (we need omega 3, 6, 9) is not sustainable. Nor is it conducive to a happy, healthy life. Find a good coach. Hint, if he/she says don't eat fats, then he/she is not the one.

I weigh 160 pounds and I'm 5'9. I'm not completely satisfied with how I look, so my goal is to weigh 150. I'm on a diet and I work out everyday for 30 minutes. My metabolism is slow, I'm 44 and I have hypothyroidism. If hormones are not balanced that can be a problem if our goal is to lose weight fast.

I lost 135 lbs by just changing how I ate and with walking. I took away pop and sweets. No more fries and burgers. When I first started walking I could barely do 4 blocks. I now do at least 5 miles a day. and on nice days I walk to my friends house and back home. 9 miles. -

#SorryNotSorry Please do not showcase stories like this. She cheated. I, too, could lose 100 lbs in 6 months if my stomach was the size of a pea. I don't want to see stories like this. It's disingenuous. I want to see real hard work, not someone who was given a free pass. #Clickbait

This video wasn-t accurate you didn-t go from the first pic to the second in 6 months. It-s great what you did so why post a pic that took longer than the 6 month title? Deceiving and hard on real women trying to lose and not getting to what you look like in the posted pic.

I hate to say this but you're totally going to fail if you continue with grains, beans, starchy veggies, potatoes, rice, spaghetti etc. You will need to keep your carbs 20-30 grams per day to lose more or weight and maintain. The weight is going to start creeping up again.

I think snacking is bad! Specially during weight loss,
We need to give our body to process what we eat and level up snaking will mess it up and we train our brain to be eating constantly or else we go crazy,
At least on my case

As someone who had lap band surgery I can concur that it-s not effective without hard work in the gym as well. It prevents the emotional eating that I would do, but the consistency in the gym is so important.

I was into watching this video until I saw the weight loss surgery. I know she still has to monitor her diet, but losing weight without surgery is a tougher feat. And more inspiring in my opinion.

People that look at this and think surgery is the only option, please look up Dr Eric Berg. I'm only 2 months in and have lost nearly 8kgs. After 13 years of trying everything.

Seeing people take charge and take responsibility and work hard to get healthy is trully inspiring. Todays people accept and play victim and blame everyone else.
