6/20/23: You have ALWAYS been one of my favorites on the show, but I have to keep it 100 'cause I haven't seen you in a while, but I'm in shock with the way your lips look. Aye Dios mio, Nicole, what are you doing to yourself? I get it, your choice, your money to have all the surgeries you want, etc, so I won't go any further, 'cause it's your business, but I had to ask. I hope you get the help you need in order to deal with your loss, but please, no more surgeries! Your body (and lips) can only take so much, and you looked fabulous before mamita. You really did. My condolences to you and your boyfriend's family. Stay strong and cuidate!

She really does need therapy. Surgery is not a way to keep her strong. Her heart hurt so much. She seems really sweet. She should-ve stopped a while back and her friend it-s not a friend. If she was my friend she-d talk her into getting help with coping with her bf-s death and would stop her from getting so much surgery. She-s very pretty. And if she keeps going she-s gonna be disfigured.

Like her or not, Shes actually likeable, honest, has good energy, doesn't deny getting work done, and she's open about being insecure without caring what people will think or say. I like her. I watched her on the Cartel show and she's seems so sweet and fun.
