Okay so what I-m hearing and their badly explaining is it-s an open relationship. Where they have different views of what-s considered intimate when compared to other people views. They use their definition of actions or words they consider intimate as a boundary to decide what is and is not cheating so when they go outside their relationship and do everything else it-s not cheating to them. However once they cross that intimate boundary with someone else and don-t tell each other then it would be cheating. Also it seems like they may have the fantasy of voyeurism of their partner but they actually implement it because once again it-s not crossing the boundary of what they believe is intimate.
