Let me break this down;
I will never, ever be against sperm donors. I strongly considered using one a few years ago as one last attempt at being a mummy after 2 miscarriages & being told I may not be able to have children. My biological clock was ticking (I m now 37, I was single, there are options for a sperm donor to be part of the child s life which was my personal preference, but I eventually decided not to due to the fact I have 2 chronic genetic disabilities - I have a 50/50 chance of passing on one of my conditions (which I only learnt during my decision process. I m not selfish enough to risk my potential child s health. I couldn t afford an egg donor, so I have had to try & come to terms with the fact I will never be a mother, which has been incredibly difficult for me as I ve been very maternal from a very young age.
When deciding to use a sperm donor (generally speaking, I am (personally) of the opinion that you should find someone who is willing to have multiple children. I do not agree with- & never will - in a female continuing to use sperm donors, but cherry picking a different father for every child, & then never allowing them access to their offspring.
It s selfish. Incredibly selfish & self centred. You re not thinking of the child, you re thinking of yourself. It s been proven time & time again that children, once they reach teenage years, want to know where they come from, they become inquisitive, it s very normal to want to know their heritage, to ask questions, to have a sense of belonging. This woman has robbed her children of not just a relationship with their fathers, but the opportunity to know their backgrounds, ethnicity, health, & so much more - all because she wanted children. So do many other women, but they re sensible enough to either use the same donor, do it properly through sperm donor banks so everything can be traced, or accept they may not become mothers!
I don t care if she s in receipt of benefits. I m not even sure why this would be an issue? If she s working part time, she s paying into the system. No amount of full time hours would pay for the childcare she would need, as well as her bills to keep a roof over their heads, food in their bellies, the house heated during colder months, water rates, car, phone etc. Benefits pay out very little even with children, I can t speak for Australia but they re capped here in the UK & beyond 2 children you re on your own. Regardless of that, she has hand me downs for each child & likely budgets. However, the more she insists on unnecessarily expanding her brood, the more her other children will miss out.
Moral of the story; she s an incredibly selfish woman who should have her tubes tied & be grateful for the children she has. Karma really does exist, & one day all of her children will be in her face asking where they come from, who their father is, & I don t think she d be able to tell them. & that s scary.

there s so many weird and off things in this video working part-time does NOT make enough to support 5 children. considering she DOES work, how does she afford childcare? i m not convinced goverment assistance would help THAT much. why are the fathers not involved at all if only one is a sperm donor?
all i m hearing from her is i don t care what it takes, i WILL become a mom. her entire self-worth is in being a mother i absolutely believe children can thrive in single parent homes, but i also believe it takes a village to raise a child and that s a much better option if you can give it to them. one of my biggest issues with this is how she s choosing to get pregnant and raise multiple children by herself, vs most people in her situation accidentally got there, not on purpose.
CHOOSING to raise 5 children all by yourself is just a selfish way to live.

In my opinion.
1. Having five children by yourself isn't really wrong as long as you take care of them properly and give them the love and attention they deserve. (It seems as if she's doing that) HOWEVER Not having the children know their fathers or have any form of communication with them is SO messed up on many different levels. Especially because they are so young.
2. There's nothing wrong with choosing a donor based on their race. Maybe you want the child to look like you or maybe you are more comfortable with children from different races. Completely fine.

Oh WOW, the title is incredibly misleading. I was under the impression that she went through a company for a donor. but sleeping with random men plus doing one donor through like a random free online group? So no legal contracts or anything. I feel bad for the men involved, do they know they have children or did she just date them until she got pregnant and dipped? What if they'd have wanted to be involved? It just feels a bit wrong.

children who grow up without a father are five times more likely to live in poverty and commit crime; nine times more likely to drop out of schools and 20 times more likely to end up in prison. They are more likely to have behavioral problems, or run away from home or become teenage parents themselves. And the foundations of our community are weaker because of it. - Barack Obama

Edward and Gilbert in high school! Mom, some of my friends' dads are going fishing. What's that. Mom? I got hair growing on my face, Mom show me how to shave. Mom, my voice is changing. Why can't I talk to my dad like the other kids at school do. Some of my friends at school hate their dads, Mom, why can't I have a dad.

The race part doesn't really matter it's the fact that these kids will never have both parents in their lives
And I guess her wanting an Asian donor is so her kids think the have the same dad or people should think that

So two of the five are Asian? It s not ideal for kids not to have both parents. But hopefully they are loved and have a community to help.
