Last I knew both organs did not work at the same time.
But I do have to say the only thing that sucks about this, is the fact that the male took over more than the female. It sucks to say but people judge by what they see and she looks like a man through and through. There is nothing feminine about her face or her body, the only thing you can question is her voice.
I grew up with a family friend whose daughter was a hermaphrodite and she was also more male.
It really sucks that she has to look like a man because that's why they're getting all the hate

Was there a male or female puberty Were they having a menstrual cycle Why would a C-section be required If you have fully developed female and male reproductive systems, wouldn't that cause some serious health contractions Why would multiple health clinics turn away a pregnant woman for treatment What did the chromosomes test say

I am sorry, I don’t believe she was actually pregnant. If doctor confirmed she was pregnant why wouldn’t they see her. Doesn’t make any sense. She clearly has a penis, and may have female parts in side but how can you get pregnant penis to penis. Doesn’t make sense.

She seems like a really nice person. However, her husband seems a bit confused. Im sorry they lost their baby. It should be against the law to deny any pregnant woman treatment, absolutely ridiculous! I wish them luck in the future.

Not possible. You either have one set of reproductive organs or the other. Every fetus is female at conception, depending on which hormones you get you either stay female or your organs virilize and become male.
