I know many people will say -She's not hurting anyone and it makes her happy, so no harm done! - True. And like she said, it's HER body, no one has a right to tell her what to do with it. Very true. But let's be realistic. The -normal- world (don't pretend like you don't know what I'm talking about and give me the whole -But what IS 'normal'? crap) has a certain standard and expectation. I'm order to get a job at a -normal- company/workplace, for example, there are certain expectations for a prospective employee- how they look, how they behave, how they speak, etc. And sorry, but most people are not going to take her seriously. Whether that's right or wrong, that is a fact. Something like getting a -normal- job may prove to be difficult. Aside from that, when she walks down the street, I'm sorry, but people WILL stare. Not because they think she's beautiful and unique and a walking piece of art, but because they think she is a gross freak.
Also, I just have to throw this in there - Her face still looks like a man. Without being told ANYTHING, I would absolutely - know that's a dude.

If I wasn-t told she was born male I don-t think I would-ve guessed it. She looks amazing and the surgeons did an amazing job. There will always be people who don-t understand or agree and it-s not their body. I usually like to ask would you rather them exactly as they were born but be super depressed, miserable and on a path of self destruction/suicidal OR would you rather them be as the person they want to be and happy?

i guess this one looks more natural and actually looks cute, i hope she/he doesnt add more or overdo it. this look is perfect already, surgeons should advice their patients and do them d right way, especially when people spend too much to get their dream look, not to look like an alien or monsters.

I hope she stays with that size boobies. What she has now looks natural and good. I think she should go brunette though or dye her eyebrows. So far she looks pretty natural and nothing over the top. If she has the money for it, then that's her choice.
