Hi , is these both correct and is there any difference in the meaning?
1.If people who do not know cooking want to eat their traditional foods, they can get it from a restaurant.
2. If people who do not know cooking want to eat their traditional foods, they could get it by a takeaway from a restaurant.

Hello is the sentence not called mixed conditional? If you had read the script(relates to the past past perfect), you would know ( relates to the present) what it is about. Thank you
