I have a QUESTION:
could is the past form of can
but the question is, what is the difference between could and could+have+pp
for example:
I could go to university.
OR
I could have gone to university.
which one is correct?

For number 1 question can i use 'but they werent be able to grow crops'? Like it's suprising because they're good but they cannot grow them. I hope you understand and can answer my question bbc hehe

People from Asia could not understand difference between could and were able to well but after learning these lesson they were able to use them correctly. (Is that correct??)
