I don't agree with this opinion. Why? Cause you can't know which oil they put on a meal. Also, you don't know how many times they used that oil at frying.
It must be some restaurant that making a meal with healthy materials but their numbers are small and the price can be high for foods.
Cooking at your house is the best thing for your health and your budget, especially at these unusual times.

Food delivery service is bad for the environment, and this trend should not be encouraged to develop. I used to order lunch meal to my office. They came with a lot of plastic. So I have decided to cook at home and bring food to work in glass boxes. It is not as convenient as ordering deliveried-food but I do it to reduce plastic waste.

Dear BBC,
I want to tell you something. Could you let the volume be louder??? I always want to listen to BBC while I cook or do other things, but the volume is really small, so I only can hear when I hold the phone on my hand.
