I find the older versions of dinosaurs and prehistoric creatures have a more mysterious feel to them like they are creatures that lived on the earth millions of years ago. With the more newer versions they seem more like animals and I do like the newer versions dont get me wrong but I dont get the same feeling I get when I look at a modern reconstruction of the iguanodon than I do with the crystal palace one

As accurate as we think how the dinosaur might look when it's alive, at the end we can only guess but will probably never know how they REALLY look like. Even the most accurate interpretation may change again in the future. But i guess that's the fun thing learning about dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures, because we not only need scientific guess but our imagination as well.

Something worth noting is that the triceratops, which cropped up in this video a couple of times, has been reclassified as an adolescent form of another species. Just goes to show how far we've come and how much more farther we have to go to understand these creatures.

dippy as was seen in rochdale. wasn't that impressive. not as impressive as, say, the t-rex of manchester museum or the whale which used to hang from the ceiling. or the massive crab.
