While I do believe they have the knowledge this clip didn't really prove anything? Not to say the exercise itself as a whole wasn't successful.
But as a viewer I only see her taking a chip and getting a food. Never saw the chips and each time she got a treat it was different. And of course all we see is an ape approach another one. Get her mango and walk away. As explained I would assume that she got some kind of trade of good or service off camera.
No hate or anything at all. And like I said I DO believe they have the intelligence to understand the basic concept. The video just isn't complete.

Chimps just learned to associate a token to a food item.
That doesn't mean they understand trade as humans practice it, with intention, or thoughts of investment as future benefits, you just forced it to use trade to get what it can have.
Knowing they depend already on humans to get food in a limited amount, they have to manage it for the group, simply because they think as units in a group, not necessarily as traders investing for the principle of it.
It's a biased test simply because of its unnatural conditions.

Trading food with humans that put them in cages isnt natural. I wish humanity nothing but everything they wish for. the communist elite billionaire monopoly globalist authoritarian evil that it is. Chimpanzees may be aggressive and have tribal wars, but I guarantee the world of corruption in the human world would even disgust a wild chimpanzee.

Cutting edge of research into chimp intelligence said in a 3 minute cut video with irritating generic cartoony music, probably from some royalty free music site. Honestly I feel like my intelligence, as well as the Chimpanzee's, is insulted by this dumb video. Do better BBC.
