This brother and sister lion cubs need to learn the essentials of hunting if they are to survive out in the wild. Rick: No fake giraffes. This has to be real. Three humans hide in the tall grass watching a herd of buffalo. They pick out a smaller one and run after it as fast as they can. They all attack at once but one human bites the buffalo on the neck and holds on and the other humans jump on the buffalos back. They turn to where the lions are, point at the buffalo and mouth the words see, do like this. The lions nod uh huh. In 3 weeks the lions can be released into the wild and the humans will have lots of buffalo meat to eat and freeze.

Lions instinctively know how to hunt and don't need to be taught. Not that it matters as hand reared lions are never released into the wild because of the danger they pose after losing their fear of humans. The best they can hope for is to avoid becoming trophies in the canned hunting industry and living out their years in a zoo or better yet with someone like Kevin Richardson.

With Christian the lion cub, they played soccer with him in a field. He learned to trip the ball up. He tripped the animals he was hunting too. It's the pride dynamics that are hard to teach.
