A Moment in The Sun The Planets BBC Earth

When the Sun first formed, there were no planets to see it rise until gravity formed four planetary siblings taketimeout2: I think in the future it may be found that some of our planets were captured during the suns travelling through the Milky Way/ Space. Some rotate backwards, some upside down, some are more active than their position would suggest if they all were produced in the same dust nebula that the sun condensed from. This is complete speculation but it seems that many of the theories of the solar systems development seem to assume it never goes anywhere and has had no interaction with other star systems. Nobody really knows but I think soon we will have developed technology to see a lot further and see what really goes on in the universe. Its not a goldfish bowl just sitting in a table in some vast static room.

I reeeeeeaaaaalyyyy want the soundtrack for this.
The music that plays when Voyager II reaches Uranus is my favorite music of the whole series (Also plays when Saturn is forming and absorbing more Hydrogen/Helium)
Unfortunately it's split into multiple (awesome) segments but I miss the whole thing as one.
Googled, but so far have found nothing but ppl asking for it on twitter.

Anyone know the name of the intro song from the start of each episode of this series. which is incredible by the way. I have come to expect nothing less than that from the BBC.

Why do they talk as if it's exactly occurred as they describe it. We don't truly know how our solar system was formed! It's just theory and speculation.

in my opinion, the creatures that are most meritorious in maintaining air, water and atmosphere are plants and phytoplankton.
