The ants take on a formidable adversary - the freshwater crab. Have the ants met their match? TheStapleGunKid: When you really think about it, a crab isn't that formidable against ants. Its pincers have such limited range of motion that it should be easy for something as small as an ant to stay away from them. Apart from that, it doesn't really have any offensive capability, other then maybe stepping on the ants with its legs, which is hard to do since the legs are so thin.

These are rainforest ants. European ants and the ants we see in cities aren't nothing like these ones. They're a multi-task machine of annihilation and form colonies beyond billions of individuals. They can even hunt down monkeys. But with fire they don't stand a chance, for they weakness lies in overwhelming the prey. But with a flamethrower.

damn, at the beginning i was thinking finally, an animal that can withstand ants. and nope. When I eat crab, I never really paid attention to the joints, but yeah, that's the softer area where you break off their parts. gdamn. :(

crab was already dead. crab wasn't killed by ants lol.
you really think crab sits there as the ants study all its weak points? the ants were eating a dead crab LOL

reply

The ants find their way into the crabs joints, eating it from the inside, then they pry open its mouth and eat its face off, while its alive
happy music

imagine being eaten alive like that. if you had a small hole in your body and they just crawled in and ate you from the inside.
