Top Animal Super Power MUST include the Mantis Shrimp 1/ Best Vision in the known animal kingdom (probably five times better than the next closest animal) 2. Fastest movement in the animal kingdom. A strike so fast it creates 'LIGHT' and can shatter glass. The Mantis Shrimp has 2 Superpowers and it doesn't make this list!

Amazing video.
But why would they say we perceive 60 images per second?
If I play a game and the framerate drops from 144 to 90 fps, I immediately notice it.
There is an USAF test were pilots can identify a plane which is shown 1/220th of a second.

The 60 fps thing actually isn't true. You can literally look at a 60, 144, and 240hz display and be able to tell which is which from the movement alone. your brain can see around 300fps on what you're focused on but your brain blurs it together.

They are completely wrong in regards to human reaction time and how many frames we can see. Ask any avid gamer you can feel and notice changes of a few milliseconds, and frame rates are noticeable up to around 200 fps in most people.

I wonder how weird it was filming the cheese guy, like here, lets get some shots of you just staring at different cheeses for the end cut for no reason.
