What Makes Owls So Quiet and So Deadly?

It's stealth, not speed that makes owls such exceptional hunters. Zoom way in on their phenomenal feathers to see what makes them whisper-quiet Patrick: Once right outside my apt my cat was swooped down on by a large owl! Kitty did a 90 degree turn to run up the stairs, avoiding the open grip that two wide-open talons were flaunting, never even knowing the owl was there. What struck me most, other than the fact that my cat almost bought the farm, was just how silent it was. It swooped down with wings almost a meter across, and (again had it not been for the unexpected right turn) had a perfectly executed angle of attack. It was totally totally silent, like watching a silent movie. I was only about 15-20 feet away and heard no sound of wings or flight whatsoever. Truly, truly truly remarkable predator.
I felt bad that it had to resort to hunting in such a human inhabited area, clearly if it had somewhere better to go it would have. but i didnt have any meat and i wasnt gonna let kitty out again for a while lol

I had most of the birds. I had 7 owls with me people say owls will attack humans first and foremost no birds will even attack even if their eggs are there expect for Bull bulls
Owls will not attack before human touches owl the owl will fly away if the owl is trained properly they never attack they are just normal bird's and many a times people call it unlucky badluck if ur think ing such things it's no because God made it indirectly you are saying god makes unlucky things they are just birds and they do understand emotions owls if trained well they will never attack
Owls will eat other birds because it's their food

I went to FAU for a year before going to UF. I consider myself a UF student but I think it's so cool FAU's mascot is the owl. Unfortunately there aren't many owls left around FAU. My dad went there and he said they used to be everywhere.

Look at the god's creation
Owls naturally fly at the night. God made owl's flight so silent so that we don't get disturbed while sleeping at night.
That's why in Hinduism we say. every creation has a reason behind it.

Owls are beautiful looking and bc theyre nocturnal we seem to like them more bc its a rare sighting. Plus they cant move their eyeballs so that bobbing is really cool.

2: 20 Natural selection working here. Look at the owl's colors. It suits perfect to the environment. I didn't even noticed he was there for a moment.

One of my favourite animals. Unique and special. I loved the details about it's wings and flight and the apt comparison with the falcon.

Slight correction: Some falcons can reach up to 200 miles per hour in a _dive. _ They cant come anywhere close to that in flight.
