Wikipedia says there are no reports of deaths due to black widow bites, but the citation link either doesn't work or in the case of the last link attached to citation 29, it takes me to the NPDS site. On the site page, I can't find where it mentions black widows whatsoever. But according to a Texas extermination Co. there are reportedly only 4-8 deaths per year. Significantly less than the 53 that die from bee stings each year (US.

What time I was using the lightsaber to clean up webs in the park a big Park there's so many spider webs and then I seen a spider web big family of spiders big mama big daddy saga eggs and I wind it up in my lightsaber that big black spider but smaller than a tarantula a little bit like sprints at me across a river bridge yo I golf clubbed it into the river off the bridge like yeet I regret not filming the situation

Its an endless source of fascination learning about the immense variety of quirky, elaborate and oftentimes extreme behaviours that different spider species have been programmed to do all in the name of ensuring they pass their genes on. In the spider kingdom you really have to admire the ingenuity and gutsiness/bravery of the male spiders all in the name of fathering progeny.

1: 46 you said knitter, missing a big opportunity to rhyme with litter, the type of bug the spider appears to be wrapping in that scene! (Yes, litterbugs are a real thing) Gosh I'm having so much fun identifying my local wildlife in the video I'm so excited to finally have a video to show people when they don't believe me about what a male black widow looks like.

When the video opened I was like why are they showing us a redback spider? This can't be right, this is Deep Look, they wouldn't conflate the two. but then the next scene is in Riverside, CA, and as a Riversideite myself, I feel very assured because yes we sure do have black widows in SPADES out here in the desert lol.
