The illustration at the end is how the pasteurization process is done with milk. Where I work, we heat the milk up to around 180F by passing it through a one side of a heat exchanger, then it goes through winding pipe holding the temperature 22 seconds. Then it passes through the other side of the heat exchanger and is brought back down to 35F. temperature and time varies from company to company and also effects the taste and how long the milk will last. The lower you heat it to, the better the milk will taste but will last much less longer and vice versa.

All your videos are great! Could you tell me why this exchangers are used, instead of just heating the milk that is going onto the next stages of the factory? This would not require the use of water boilers. Maybe is just an example you made fpr the video. Thank you!

Your videos are literally the best. I was wondering if you could do a video about a cascade refrigeration cycle? I'm having trouble understanding it and you guys have helped me so much with your animated videos.
