Transmitting an Alarm Signal with LoRa (600m! Improving my Garage Alarm System
video description
As my drone project has very strict size requirements any pcb I use must be less than 20 mm wide and no longer than 30-40 mm. None of the breakout boards I can find that use MIPI camera interface are that small.

I would recommend adding a way of sending a message threw an old cat-3 phone line, in case the power goes out or you loose internet connection you will always receive a signal of a message of an alarm by using a good old fashion phone line. :) Here in Canada is it required by law for phone lines to operate even if the power goes out, I hope this help's you out. There are other method's put I figured it would be worth telling you the only fault with your system.
Also I love your handwriting!

The most bad ass alarm, is the one that everyone understands and won't F with. Like a tesla coil arc warning speech, which counts down to initiate a lethal arc. yup Good luck with that non-contact taser. After-all > who wants to go out to the garage to ward off a burglar?

Hey Scott here is a tip for you to make programming easier.
Try using VSCode and the extension Platformio.
You don't need to mess around with the crappy Arduino IDE.
It also supports programming and debugging STM devices, ESPs, Arduinos and many more.

You could use the LoRa gateway to send a picture from within the garage to your phone when the alarm is triggered, which should help out against false positives. The bitrate on LoRa should be good for relatively low resolution image.

Plz make a vid on how to make a mono search coil for any pi m. d and how to match the coil with a given op-amp and also how to determine value of damping resistor; all using c. r. t o-scope. I am stuch with Felezjoo.

I'm really just intrigue. Could you really used electret condenser microphone to harvest acoust to electrical energy enough to power cellphones or Leds?
I read a paper being published. Was it really true?

You use such a powerful microcontroller for a simple alarm you can do more with it like it support arm mbed os and rtos
Also can you please make a video about specification of ARM cortex m series processor

I would have it send out data every few minutes and if the receiver in your apartment does not get that data periodically it flashed an led letting you know that your alarm is not working or has lost range.

Great topic, simple build, no misunderstandings. Superb video. And I get your aversion towards all the different types of communication interfaces.
