Essential Electronics Components that you will need for creating projects! Roman: Great stuff! A quick question - it is a real challenge to find original power MOSFETs on Ali. I have purchased a few from a store you mentioned in the links and all MOSFETs were fake. I ended up purchasing used parts as much more reliable source of MOSFETs. What is your experience? BTW other than that it is a good store with a good service.

Question for Great Scott! Is there a component kit out there you would recommend that contains a good assortment of different components? Many people including myself do not need 300-600 transistors and get bogged down trying to locate each different component type. (You have a magnificent list. Thank you!

There aren't many electronic shops in my city, and none where i live, the closest one is 4km away; and not to mention that area has a lot of corona virus cases. So I'm bulk-ordering from amazon. This video helped a lot. Thank you!

I would say that apart from arduinos, AtTiny85s are cheap, consume little energy, and can do surprisingly a lot of things. I prefer them to arduinos on small projects.

The component i love to have is arduino. Thanks to the arduino manufacturers making it overpriced, i dont have engough money to buy a arduino uno or just a nano.

May I ask, where do you get your large prototyping boards, I can find small ones everywhere but for the projects I do I need lots of board space.

Your handwriting for the components is amazing, but did you write the labels on your drawers from the trenches of WW1 during an artillery barrage?
reply

could you do a video on how to use digital potentiometers? there are videos on it but they mostly dont go into depth or only utilize one.
reply

Those drawers look quite nice, but at 143 including shipping they're quite expensive. That's before adding processing and customs fees.

You cheater! All this time I thought your components were actually lying around! Now I realize that they are neatly organized!
