Charge your phone with AA batteries?
video description
Biolite - CampStove but anyhow. i want to get it and i wonder if there is anyway i can get power from USB and then using that power to charge a deep cycle high capacity battery or another type of big battery with just a USB power source. then i would use a converter to get 110v from the Deep cycle battery
maybe you can use some type of power-Converter or cut the USB cable in half and connect it to the battery somehow.
is this possible?

Totally useless, you're charging a rechargeable battery with non-rechargeable batteries. Good survival situation though, but your better off with a portable solar panel with USB included.
Love the video and ideas though

This is literally the most counterproductive thing to ever exist, yeah great idea, waste 10 dollars on AA batteries when you can just get a rechargeable battery bank instead that plugs into any wall outlet.

The idea is to use stuff around the house. If I have to buy an ic, I can buy a. Rechargeable power supply and be done with it. There is no practical application for your gadget.

I wander, why do those batteries have no mAh data written, is that because they are not rechargeable? and how can I know how long they are going to support me?

You don't necessarily need to make this yourself. There are plenty of power banks that use AA batteries as a source of power all over Amazon and eBay. :)

Apple does it to protect itself. If you have power on the data pins the cord can be trusted better so you don't over or undercharge the device.
