Thanks for making this vid! i also use an app called CBT Thought Diary: D i find it very helpful; i mainly use it to help with Automatic Negative Thoughts (through prompted journaling. Although there is a subscription version, i find that the free version is enough for me (unlike some of the other apps ive tried out. Although, with the free version, i cant sync between my iphone & my ipad (my vision is kinda bad so i try to use my ipad when i can, but I find it worth it & a very small problem thats easy to work around. Its very easy to use too!

Booster buddy! You pick between 3 animals and you can dress them up. It has a calender on how you feel and when you update, has a section for emergency contacts, and a huge list of coping skills for many different things like addiction and phycosis. It doesn't have anything with sh, and it asks you about your symptoms all together, but it's a nice app that reminds you of your medication and to check in.

We decided to put together a list and research of five free mental health mobile apps. We hope you find this list helpful. We are not endorsed by any of these companies. We just wanted to share the ones we feel can be helpful. Let us know if you like this animation style and would like to see more! Helen is our newest animator for our team.

Theres another app for mindfulness called Gratitude, Im not sure if you can get it on Android but I have it on my phone and basically its asks you everyday to write down three things youre thankful for, what you want your future to look like and to share a photo that makes you happy and it records it too

Two apps that I love are Vent (iOS and Android, though Android gets updates far more often; basically a social diary/mood tracker) and Booster Buddy (Android, not sure about iOS; a self care-type app that's geared more towards kids with mental illnesses, but I've found it helpful as a young adult)

I recommend Moodpath as well. It has a lot of information about Mental Disorders, and can track your mood accurately over 2 weeks. Then it gives you a report that you can share with your therapist if you have one. It has been really helpful for me.

I checked the App Store and Pacifica was not available. Can you maybe do a refresher or updated video? I could really use a No Cost Mental Healthcare app for my Anxiety, Depression, and PTSD. Thank you to whomever reads this feedback! XOXO!

Innerhour is also a good one. It is a 28 day course for each one that focuses on improving whichever course you have chosen. It's free (I mean as far as I know, you need an account, and I'm not sure if it's available for iPhone.

I use 7 cups. On 7 cups you can talk to trained volunteers, they're able to help you with different topics. You can join as a listener, and listen to people, or as a member to talk about your problems, or both.

I mostly use Wysa - it's like a little AI therapist. It works best for self applied CBT and has a great range of meditations and mindfulness excercises. It's great to log thoughts and fight anxiety.

Besides Daylio that is good app I also use Dayli Book which is a very simple app, and easy to use. You can write anything down, this app too has a password so all your thoughts are safe there.
