I use to dream of flying as in flying in various ways by my own physical/psychic ability, I have been told this means being in a situation in real life that I regret and want out of.
I also use to have the teeth crumbling/falling out of my mouth one a lot at various points of my life it was so specific I was sure it meant something. now I know.
Another odd one was having a very natural (feeling) ability to levitate just above the ground and move about fairly quickly and no one else could something I would feel a little superior/special about but after a while it would become increasing harder/draining to do to the point I would have to go back to using my legs to move about with.
A few times I had that falling dream but would always wake just before impact all tensed up for impact.
I used to have nightmares decades ago but I found a way to wake myself out of them (when they got too bad) I would consciously shake my head side to side to wake up when they got to a conscious/aware point.
Once when I was I child I had a dream of being attacked by invisible wolfs, that one sort of stuck.
Another dream I have had a few times is my much loved pet (dog) being in the same vicinity with a apex predator normally a lion and me trying to rectifying the situation.
One thing I have discovered is if you want to be more conscious of your dreams as/after they happen try eating some blue vein/stilton cheese a hour before you go to bed, for a while I thought of it as poor mans' acid (LSD, not something I do normally pleasant levels of sweet flavoured spirits is my thing.
I have become more accepting/existential of my life and of who I am so have found my own level/peace in the world as it is.

I have this reoccurring dream where, me and a young lady that doesn't really feel like a stranger (she seems blurry tho, all I know is that, she has mid-length black hair, we went inside a McDonald's, got food and went up the stairs, we went up to the top floor, which was at least 15 floors high.
The weird thing is every floor only has the size of a two person table on each side of the stairs. It also doesn't have any railings, just the steps, so if you look down you'll be able to look straight down. For some reason I wasn't freaking out in the dream even though I'm afraid of heights, like, riding an escalator to the 5th floor is already stress inducing to me.
Sometimes I feel like we're talking but I've never actually been able to hear anything in my dreams, sometimes we just eat. Overall the vibe of the dream seems pretty monotonous.

StoryI dream about me inside my mom's store, my mom trying to help a customer give birth, she accidentally stripped half her colon(the organ, so my mom and me acted quickly. My mom called me to get some water, after i got the water, i came to the customer, but my mom said it's too late, from the look, the customer is dead. So my grandmother walk her inside(yea, idk why corpse can walk) with 2 peaches, they walk out with the customer doing just fine, but the hole from trying to give birth for her baby have a yellow frame, and get covered with trandparent plastic. The weirdest thing is that it happened outside the store.
Story 2: I visited my kindergarten. I look at the post which is just lines, then some kids from the kindergarten came to me and want to show their test result which is an F, they look really happy tho.

When I was younger I rarely had a dream of falling and drowning. The one I could remember was when I felt really tired. I fell on my bed but I kept falling, The bed sheet wrapped me up so I couldn't move I had a watch on my wrist that wasn't mine. It was midnight. Suddenly, I hit the hard floor. It was damp and cold. I looked around the place and it was all black like a void, water came rushing in and the sheets tightened. I was drowning and that's when I woke up.
Turns out my bed shet was on one leg and was preventing me from hitting the ground so sudden when I was slipping off my bed and the damp floor was because I hit my drink and it spilled all over the floor. It was actually 4am.

Please explain to me my dream (which was completely animated in Gacha life for some damn reason) where me and my sixth grade class were in the cafeteria and blood was smeared all over the walls and floor and everyone has missing limbs, and then suddenly we hear a noise from the distance, it starts getting closer and louder, when BAM- green from rainbow friends popps through the window and I wake up. There were also subtitles at the bottom of the dream that said things like several days ago there was an attack. These 20 lucky students are the only survivors blah blah blah.

One time i had a dream that i was at a gun range and there was this cylindrical spinnable vending machine that had large buttons on it and the buttons had pictures of guns, grenades, grenade launchers, rocket launchers. Pretty much any weapon of war. When you push a button the parts of the weapon drop into the opening at the bottom like a pop machine and you put the gun together and shoot at cars in the middle of a giant field. Then when you want a different gun you disassemble the one you have and put it back in the machine and get a new weapon.

I have this very weird dream that always have the same start but different endings. I've been dreaming of this since I was 8. Now I'm almost 30, I still dreamed about it. It's not every night, but it goes continuously once it came out.
It starts with me walking inside a house that I never knew, get trapped inside. Found a basement with a well, and fall through it. Sometime its has good endings, but most of the time it just ends with a toilet bowl then I sense an urge to pee.

I always had dreams where I was being chased by a distorted version of my parents or some huge toy bear thats been bloodied and ripped. Something along those lines. I would be brutally tortured for who knows how long until I wake up all numb. Other dreams I would have is serious situations where I would be near death. I would only wake up after I die. If I ever wake up in the middle of the night, the next dream I have after going back to sleep, is another death.

Once I got a dream. I am in school and that is last day of mine in school. my friends are sad, When my closest friend sat with me. I hugged her. without saying a single word. That was the first time I hugged her in dream(in reality also, I have never hugged her, even I don't know I am closest to her or not. I don't know what does that mean. But in dream I really wanted to cry on her shoulder when I hugged her.

I tend not to remember my dreams because im plauged with nightmares. Like last nights dream all i can remember from it is seeing a weather report that it would be below freezing in texas in August, but with highs over 80.
Some nightmares ive had, one of falling and one of being chased, and another that was basically an action movie, were so terrible i even remember them over a decade after.

I remember a dream where I was younger and had two guys as friends. Nothing romantic, just best mates. We did lots of stuff like getting out after dark, hanging out, etc. Id mess up a lot but they never got mad at me. I remember I woke up during the night but fell back asleep and saw them.

at one point not that long ago, i would have dream of a murderer sneaking up on me and chasing me night after night. i always liked to think about dream meanings so im like hmm maybe this mean im running away from some of the feelings i had pent up. sure enough, i had a LOT i was carrying and i didnt even realize. when i finally realized and came to terms with it, the dreams stopped: )

What does my constant fog and shadows in my dreams mean. Everytime I blink I end up somewhere entirely new, but in the same situation. I wake up normally to nightmares after dying to a large grey figure with piercing white eyes. I wake up and have to tell myself it is not real, but the panic keeps me up. I try to talk about it and everyone seems to just say the same, That's awful.

I couldn't run away from her as she got quicker while I used to get slowly and then I ran moving my feet so quickly but I didn't really move. I dont really have dreams of falling pr sinking but i wake up feeling like i fell also i have deeams about dying multiple times to like one was about someone coming to my house and trying to murder me but it ended before i found out if i did die and one whe i was in the ocean in a car i couldnt get out of an lots of others do you know what they could mean?

I would love to get some help wirh my dreams. They are getting too real, keeping me asleep for too long, I can sometimes skip a working day only bcs of that. Sometimes when I wake up I cant tell if ots real or not. I can remember the dreams for a long time. Is there actual help for people like that? It already ruined my working life and relationship.

Ever since i was little ive always had dreams related to my mom abandoning me or sacrificing me always ending in my death. Its happened since before i even started school as a kid and i wonder if its happened to anyone else
