I think at first I come off as desperate because I really want others to open up to me so I am pretty open right from the start. But it doesnt seem to work but you ask me anything or heck Ill even offer to do things for you that often shock people so yes- I will easily trauma dump- but I will gladly help you sort through yours as well together- or be a welcome distraction or heck pick something up from the store when youre sick or upset for you even if that inconveniences me.
I am however, a doubter- an avid one. I have been hurt time after time againand its hard to break through the wall of scars around my heart. Yes Im open- but when it comes to a true break down- I reach out to no one. I joke around about my pains and numbly talk about them, while eagerly helping a freind, but when Im vulnerable? Truly vulnerable? No. I run away to be by myself.
With my medical illnesses and depression lately, I guess I have become somewhat of a quitter but I only need a little encouragement to start trying something again. I just lack energy most days Im working my best to fix that cause thats new.
I cant stand disloyal and deceptive people but unfortunately the majority of my life has been interacting with them (hence me being a doubter.

Some other people you likewise can't help are those who actively push away any and all help you give them. This has been notable in various literature, such as Aesop's The Gardener and the Dog, in which a gardener notices a dog trapped down a well; he makes every attempt to save the dog, but the dog resists it, even going as far as to bite the gardener's hand when he reaches in. The gardener, unfortunately then, has to leave the dog behind because the dog won't accept any help.
Another such example was in Shel Silverstein's poem Help! in which the protagonist finds a unicorn with his horn stuck in a tree. The protagonist goes to help, but before they can, the unicorn immediately peppers them with questions, such as will they make sure that his horn doesn't scratch, bend or break, will they make sure they don't damage the tree, what kind of experience do they have, and so on and so forth, thus leaving the protagonist paralyzed on what to do.
Though these are fictional works there have been plenty of examples of people who either resist help or complain about the help they're given in real life.

I don't agree with the idea that some people won't ever change. I understand distancing from people who act like this can be healthy and that we can't always spend our time helping one or more people make attempts to change behavior, but I think it's just too important to not continue to try helping those people so that they can have better lives too. Sure, it might hurt me and I may feel emotionally and physically drained, but I still believe that it is important to keep trying. People can change. Even if the odds are stacked against them. Even if it takes them a very long time. Even if they don't want to at the time or for a long time. I truly believe that it will happen and that people can be convinced of change, not for me and for what I want, but for themselves so that they can finally feel happy and live in peace at some point in their life. It may be too idealistic to say this, but I really do think that if we keep trying that it can happen. We just need to encourage others to believe in themselves no matter what. Thanks.

I used to be #6 after I hit puberty. I was down in the dumps most of the time, had zero self-esteem, and couldn't see why anyone would legitimately like me. It turns out, after seeing a few psychiatrists, that I was suffering from Bipolar II Disorder. I sought help. It took a lot of experimenting with medication, but I've finally found a cocktail that keeps me grounded and happy. :) But back when I was depressed, there was really nothing anybody could do that would've made me feel better. It was a chemical imbalance I had no control over.
Things can get better, but you miss 100% of the shots you don't take. It might take years, but don't give up. I can't express how much happier I am now. Maybe there's medication or therapy that can help you overcome your demons too!

As a person who has seen and dealt with people and their issues, i overtime have became very doubtful. I try not to let my doubts control me, but i too am smart and i have to keep in mind that not everyone is and/or will be like the people i have dealt with in the past. In these days, its hard to trust people. Its so hard to trust people because of everything that was legit stated in this video. Shes right, people can backstab, play with you, toy with you, etc. Even though that has happened to me, as i said, i must always keep trying to atleast try to trust people. I dont know if the person I could talk to next could infact be a Angel from heaven, but i have to try. Everyone, has to try.

I'm one of those victim-minded people, and this video is absolutely right to tell you you cannot help us. That's because we don't actually need help or to change; we are how we are because we are acutely aware of where we stand with others, including the fact that people think the problem isn't what we are going through or the fact that we're being abused, but the fact that we are open about it. And we are aware that all you're looking at is how we make you feel instead of the very real, usually very illegal and immoral things others are doing to us, or even the subtle ways others manipulate us to get what they want. We think everyone else is the problem because it usually is.

Its so hard when those people are your friend or so you think they are. Its the culmination of bad behaviour that just blew up on their side. The only thing me and my wife did was to cut the ties and we suddenly had less stress, more energy, more positivity. In our case that person couldnt see their wrongs in the situation and is still stuck in the cycle of I did nothing wrong or saying I apologized okay (tossing it aside believing everything still is okay.
It is hard but I know you can do it. It will be hard and youll think about them non-stop but after a while it will settle and you will see the pattern and how disconnected they are from you.

My elder brother once wisely said: Make yourself happy before making others happy.
If you have family members and friends who want you to do things that you don't want to do, remember you have the right to say no. Just because they're family or your close friends, doesn't mean you are obliged to comply with their demands. And if they continue to harass you or make a huge issue over the smallest of things, then you have every right to distance yourself from them and/or cut them out of your life.
You're happiness comes first.

Serms to me, she's described the entire population of the planet. If you do as she says, like I've done my entire life, someday you will ultimately find yourself alone. Just like me. The only one I ever fully trusted was my wife, but she has recently passed on suddenly, and now I find myself utterly alone. Don't be like me, just be wary, and be very careful who you trust, because I have found these traits describe everyone I've ever met. Which means there aren't many that don't have one of these traits, if any at all.

Please remember that YOU need to come first. If there is someone who is trying, but cant, instead of pressuring yourself into helping them, calmly explain that you need some time to take care of yourself. You cant bring others up if youre at the bottom.
If someone doesnt understand the toll theyre taking on you, dont get upset or act out. Instead, remind them that the things theyre doing arent okay. If they get that theyre being cruel, drop them till you know theyve changed. However, some people dont change.

Recently l've been feeling like a combination of doubter mindset and victim-mindset. I've been through a lot of hardships in life and I constantly felt trapped in it for years. I felt no matter what I'd do I would be seen as worthless. My friends would try to help but I kept on pushing them away. Now since I realize all of this, I'm going to try to live my life for the better. I feel like I can make changes now when before I felt like there was an invisible wall there

Their is thought. What is the type of person that uses me to get the best of me do they may push me away my mom she does not see the flaws in him but me her son does. i am getting torn apart more and more every time we talk and its so hard to not fight. instead i would go find a fight where i know their is possible danger. A place i may get hurt or even die in. My mom does not now that in the end the guy she is with is really doing the best to lose her son, me.

This video makes at least four of the seven types of people you can't help. If this video were a person, it would be a disloyal, narcissistic, self-absorbed, naval gazing child. Everything in this video was about dumping people from your life who don't help you.
I'm sure there are people who need to stop taking on other people's problems and those who need to learn you can't fix the entire world, but for 95% of us, this is horrible advice.

This video gives me the umpressikn that the creator thinks only those that reallt dont need help are the only ones you should help. Many of the traits you use to attenpt to deny help from all your followers are common among the poor or. homeless becaue influencers and propagandists lile this creator are determined to convknx3 the world not to help anyone but successful people that dont need help.
HOW TO BE COMPLETELY SELF CENTERED

Man o man, it's like you literally had a GPS on me because I literally just dealt with a woman with all of these toxic behaviors. I had to let her go because I was spiritually drained dealing with her and her lil childish games. everything that was just described in this video was her. and the real sad part is, she constantly plays with God's name as if God is not watching her do all this evil ungrateful crap she does smh

Let me spare you the video and just give a summary. The people you can not help are anyone who actually needs help. If anyone is flawed or it would take work to help them, don't. Only help people who make it easy for you and have something to offer in return.
Is there a video for the type of people we can help?

I watch these videos to try and understand other peoples emotions better, I had a ex girlfriend who could be known as a quitter anytime there was a disagreement shed quit. Its crazy to think that after trying so hard and doing so much for that person she leaves me with little to no explanation.

Commitment is a very serious thing (and Ive seen this not only but done particularly by women) and is not a term to be thrown around; or used as something to try to shame or otherwise try to force or manipulate whomever into doing as the would have them do

Once we label people as deceptive, self righteous Then of course, we dont want to help them. But how do we correctly diagnose people and label them I. The first place? It is not easy!
