How a Woman Survived Falling 33, 000 Feet Without a Parachute Vesna Vulovic didn-t, from what I can tell, fall 30K feet! She was in a plane that had been flying at 30K feet when a bomb knocked it out of the sky. One account stated that she survived because she was -trapped under a food cart, - which must have been in the plane. She was apparently inside the plane for the entire time, until it hit the ground, in a favorable way. That-s not the same as -falling 30, 000- without a parachute! - It might usually be just as deadly, but it is certainly not the same.

Hello, I live in Australia but my family is Croatian.
I just want to explain the situation that caused the terror attacks.
Yugoslavia had been oppressing and slaughtering my relatives in Croatia.
They pretty much owned the Croatian military so the only 'out' was through terror.
My ancestors should never have resorted to bombing civilian transport but I don't fully know the matter.

Nothing too special, there were many plain crashes in which people survied but died fev houres later due to injuries witch could have been provented if rescue did not fail and came too late and nobody knows about those people now and their disappointment. But no point in complaining now cause they're already dead

Ok but did ya'll hear that? -Vulovich suffered a fractured and hemorrhaged skull, both of her legs were BROKEN, Her pelvis was SHATTERED, She had SEVERAL BROKEN RIBS and three broken vertebrae, even was all covered in blood But STILL SURVIVED.

I sure hope she played the lottery after the crash, if they even had it back then. It-s astonishing that she survived after fall from cruising altitude. If she hadn-t lost conscious her entire life would have flashed before her eyes in seconds.

Man, talk about being lucky. This woman went through this whole disaster like she was some kind of movie protagonist who had all the right kinds of plot armor to survive that fall. She didn't even got any ptsd afterwards!

It's also comforting to know she didn't remember any of it, so hopefully people that didn't survive plane crashes didn't feel anything, just wake up on the other side not remembering anything just like her.

only had to sell 2 cars to pay for the medical bills! that is the most astonishing part about this story. now for something like that your family would have to sell a couple houses

Yet she died alone in her apartment from a heart attack, lying there dead for 10 days before others came in and they say there were scratch marks on her from her 3 cats. Too sad.

On November 14th, 2021, a 35-year-old woman here in Virginia survived a 13, 500 foot fall when her parachute failed, and she hit the ground at an estimated 125 miles per hour.

A passer by who just happened to have been a medic in World War 2. The perfect passer by to save a survivor of a plane crash. I don't believe anything is random.

To survive the fall is crazy enough, but that Vesna could walk again in TEN MONTHS is the kind of thing you couldn't get away with if you were writing fiction.

I like the fact that her heart -defect- ended up being what saved her life. Almost as if nature (with all its -defects-) knows more than us, no?

So that is arou d 6 miles at 3minute before it touched the ground she fell with the o'zne dear not outside which is incredible fascinating

Died alone in poverty, that's common here in Serbia. If I can only travel back through time to be with her in december 2016.
RIP-

fun fact, whether you fall 1, 500 feet or 33, 000 feet, it doesn't matter. You will still hit the ground at the same speed.

I always come back to this video for Inspiration, the script and story was insane, may Vesna soul live for eternity

Most these videos are copied word for word off wikipedia, but -put in their own words- so the teacher dosent know u copied
reply

Erm, why isn't this surviving a plane crash rather than falling without a parachute? Admittedly half a plane.
