For some reason, I can add the speak cells icons to my options bar, but it doesn't allow me to click on them :( if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know because this feature seems super useful!!!

I have, -Speak Cells,- and, -Stop Speaking,- in Microsoft 365. I do not see, - Speak Cells on Enter,- in Excel Options -> QAT -> All Commands. Is there anything I need to do?

Great idea! I'm going to have tens of thousands assets to enter at my new job from different source materials and this will really help.
