Beginner's Guide to Google Drive for Windows - Backup and Sync Tutorial

Note: There are people i shared this folder with and they have access to the folder to download, etc, but again, it is not listed with the other folders I have on the Google drive.
I really could use the help as I would like to add another important file to this folder that is missing, but just cannot find it. Thanks...

One step further, I think. Somewhere along the line I must have downloaded Backup & Sync and moved a couple of folders to Google drive. Later I was trying to figure out how to add another folder. I found the best way was to pick the arrow in the bottom right task bar and pick the Google Drive symbol. Go to settings, then preferences and follow the add folder directions. Voila.

The problem that have though that it does not seem like a backup but more so just like a sync. When I delete the file from my computer the file will not remain on google drive cloud. I wish to backup and not just access from different devices. Would I need to manually do this?

While your tutorial is helpful, the title led me to think that it is about managing Google Drive from Windows Explorer's Google Drive folder. It'd be great if you can do a video on that.

if we re install Windows after sometimes of syncing drive with computer, then how can we sync computer folder with drive folder again ? because in my case it is re-updating from start

It tells me that I need additional space and that it will cost me so much money each month. I've been doing fine without it for all these years why take on another debt per month.

Is there any feature like -free up storage- so the file only available in the computer only if we click the file and then afterward we can -free up storage- ?
