Beginners don't listen to this bull crap Microsoft has gone to the dogs they won't even put an option to block junk and spam mail senders, I mean come on I think the federal government ought to jump in and sniff out some of these people that are in charge of this crap. and they should have to spend some prison time and anyone advertising are promoting this robbery crap should have to spend some time also, Microsoft is making millions off of you they come in and use your phone storage or your cloud storage your battery life and your data because they let all that promotional stuff in. This is one of the biggest internet scams that I can think of and it's time that it stopped. I have had Outlook way back when it was Hotmail over 20 years ago. And then they have the nerve to come on here to try to con a bunch of beginners.

Did not help me at all. When I open Outlook I don't see any of that at all. All it says is -choose which account to use- or something like that and there is nothing at all to choose from and the only thing to click on is -cancel-. When I open up the account section, my email account is there, but I can't figure out how to start an email. I can edit my account info but I don't see a way to send/write emails. I cannot figure out how to use Outlook and the Outlook that is in this video does not look anything like what I have on my computer. I wish I could post screen shots of what I see. I have no use for Outlook and only need to use it when I am trying to contact a company or organization and their website email link goes to Outlook instead of showing an email address. Horrible program and a horrible setup.

In searching the internet for my problem, I found over 4000 ppl had the same problem according to microsoft. Office 365; and I cannot find contacts anywhere. The instructions given are no help, (instructions say go to upper right corner, to the right of the logo.......and I see you do not have that logo there either) 20 years of business contacts gone. Maybe you could do a tutorial on how to find and add or remove a contact (a people as they call it now). thanks.

Oh thank goodness- your style teaching for this boomer is very helpful. step by step. Otherwise a person (senior) can become unemployable despite their expertise. Much Appreciated!!!

I just bought the Family Office 365 and have Windows 11. It does not provide the windows you show and in fact, like many of MS apps, has pathetic instructions!
