I try to use Outlook rules to help me manage my emails. However, I get an extremely large number of emails and rules works only when a few rules exist. Is there any other way to manage my emails when I need 100+ rules? I know that there are external vendors that can do this, but it seems to me Microsoft really needs to fix this feature (sometimes it works and sometime not).

Great videos!! However I would like to see a tutorial on how to specialize incoming mail from different senders. How I can change the font, color, or additional tips for multiple emails.
