AMAZING. At about 1'.10- I thought this guy talks and sounds like a teacher. It was just that affected, patronising manner, that set off alarm bells. Then I had a ADHD PTSD flash back 6.21 into this video. This video and voice over exemplifies why mainstream teaching fails people with ADHD so badly. I did try and support myself by fast forwarding through your preferences for products, how you work and file things, the explanation of different products, the space offered by different products, the space cost comparison of other products, ways to access different Microsoft apps via one drive and each of the apps names. THEN how to sign up for Onedrive. That is the point at which I could no longer force myself to endure more irrelevant information, delivered in a circular fashion, at an infinitesimally arduous pace. For someone like me that content should be on three different videos at 2 minutes each. D- FAIL

Good tutorial. Thanks for sharing. I have a problem. I am a Mac user and some files in my one drive folder (on my Mac) are not accessible if I am not connected to the internet. First it asks me to -Grant Access- and when I click this button, I get an alert that -Excel cannot open the file -Calculation Sheet (Salman Danish Naseer).xlsx- because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file-. Can you pls help

One Drive only has email support I have spent hours trying to get help from them and am at a dead end. If I open a doc and save to one drive personal it doesn't save however in my finder all my files that used to be on drop box were moved over and are there. If I save from my email a document it will save with the rest of my documents.Also I don't have a one drive icon on my mac on the top right as in your video

Question: When I installed OneDrive for Mac, to backup files in an external drive, I noticed my -Documents- folder got a lot bigger. Is it because it keeps a copy of the OneDrive files for Synch purposes, and if I do not want to have the synch feature, I can remove the OnceDrive for Mac, and it will remove the synch files images away from my -Documents- folder?

Help me Rhonda, this is a huge learning curve! Thanks for the video. I was able to sync one drive to new MacBook but is there a way I can move a folder I use a lot to the Mac desktop? I tried it a couple times but items would no longer sync. I'm overwhelmed trying to get my little business up and running on a Mac, I know I'll get there but omg!

My MacBook Pro SSD is full. I have OneDrive installed and one of the folders has a lot of videos in it that I want to be able to access on my PC and mobile devices but I don't need them on this MacBook. Your beginner's guide to OneDrive was pitched perfect. Do you have one that explains how to stop that one OneDrive folder syncing?

My experience is that one drive is really useless...it has taken me 2 weeks of hard core work with office 365, so many problems, can't handle volume, i decided to increase to increase my iCloud account and everything sorted, this justified my move from a PC to mac 10 years ago...

can i make a shortcut one drive files on my desktop. cause when i drag the one drives file, the files just move into desktop folder. which is in my own mac storage. i wanna make a shortcut one drive display in desktop but the file still save in one drive, not in mac storage

Hey man great content ! I have all my pictures saved in one drive since i have one drive on my phone however i cant figure out how i can now download my pictures out of one drive into my macbook galary, can you be my hero ? thanks already

9:46 actually it will not take up space in hard drive to other devices logged in using the same account. it will only update the list of files on the other devices, not automatically download it. so no harm to the other devices..
