Thanks for the video. I'm trying to do a similar thing but use the 'Link & use destination styles (L)' to get the same font etc. from the Word doc. However the default has borders and I want to remove borders. I can do this manually but everytime I open the Word doc and say yes to linked data refresh the borders come back?

If I link data from excel into word, do I need to have the source excel file in a particular spot - eg in the same folder or something? If the excel file gets moved does it break the link?
