I like how this show covers religion, myths, opinions, studies and even science when talking about things like life and souls. It give an even time to each and in no way discredits anyone. Rather let's others learn through basic sciences but still explains our bodies functions. Very well done.

Hi! 15 years old here! So, you are dead when you no longer produce ATP?
Is the brain first to stop working than the heart when youre about to die or the other way around?
What is the maximum time wherein you can still be saved after your heart stopped beating?

When do you think people die? When they are shot through the heart by the bullet of a pistol? No. When they are ravaged by an incurable disease? No. When they drink a soup made from a poisonous mushroom? No! Its when they are forgotten.

Can anyone tell what time has to do with age. is it just based on the clock. for instance, in interstellar, the protagonist is the same age only because an hour there is 7 years. So similar should our body right?
reply

Death is the irreversible cessation of life. To know what death is, you must know what life is and when the cessation of life is irreversible. Not a concrete definition at all.

I think the soul does exists because if only the molecules were running our body then why do we have so many emotions in us?
reply

No living thing is meant to live forever, the earth isn't able to sustain all living things since the beginning of time.
