THANK YOU. after 7 years im still not ballanced. this dissease has ruined my life. simply because i didnt know I have it. im glad that there r medicine and they improve treatment. although i had a to fast thyroid at first I still gained weight. after some time of the medication not working they gave me the radioactive pil. since surgery is only in special cases.
that has been 3 years ago. still strugling to get to a stable dose of medication. and gaining weight without being able to do something about it is killing me!

There are medical treatments but also natural treatments which are superior, there are herbs to get the thyroid up and running well along with diet is huge, I would say check out dr robert morse herbs he has some thyroid herb blends, and there are probably others too

Don't take ashwagandha if you hve hyperthyroidism. It claims to help with anxiety, but it causes an uptick in thyroid stimulating hormones, which can cause acute hyperthyroidism symptoms. Just something i learned.

This video forgot to mention the hypothalamus, which releases TRH, which then tells the pituitary to release TSH. The thyroid gland is far more complex than this dumbed down video makes it seem.

I received my blood test results today, my t3 and t4 levels are within range but TSH is double the recommended level. I will go to my doctor tomorrow for a likely hypothyroidism confirmation.

I know one thing, my thyroid definitely needs some of that iodine 127. The importance of sufficient iodine levels and how they greatly affect the thyroid gland, that should be included.

I used to have hyperthyroidism and I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism on New Years Eve. Now I get to have new medication as a New Years gift. Yikes.
